Three Best PhD Dissertation Awards!

Over the past year, my PhD dissertation, Designing Cryptography Systems for GNSS Data and Ranging Authentication, was recognized with three prestigious awards.

The Institute of Navigation’s Bradford W. Parkinson Award, which honors Dr. Bradford W. Parkinson’s leadership in establishing both the U.S. Global Positioning System and the Satellite Division of the ION, recognizes an outstanding graduate student in the field of Position, Navigation, Timing (PNT) and/or Applications.

The RTCA William E. Jackson Award, presented annually to an outstanding graduate student in aviation electronics and telecommunications as a memorial to William E. Jackson – a pioneer in the development and implementation of the nation’s air traffic control system and an enthusiastic supporter of student engineers.

The William F. Ballhaus Prize, which is awarded to the PhD dissertation selected by the Stanford Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics faculty as that year’s best Ph.D. thesis.
